Introduction
SanoPass came to me with a big idea and no roadmap: subscription that gives users access to a network of clinics.
I mapped their UX from scratch, delivered the MVP over a weekend, and kept building from there. Resulting in a product that evolved into an all-in-one platform for medical services, fitness, and nutrition, and helped land a €5M acquisition by MedLife, Romania’s largest private healthcare provider.
Making healthcare scheduling work like it should
Calling clinics, juggling availability, and messy booking flows?
I killed all of that.

Drag

SanoPass expanded quickly, from healthcare to fitness and beyond. I designed a goal-based fitness onboarding that matched users with the right plan in seconds. Show up, scan a QR code, and get moving.

At first, SanoPass just wanted a good-looking UI. What they got was a full UX partner. I mapped journeys, clarified the architecture, and collaborated with a dev team that didn’t even speak the same language; literally.
I supported the product until the acquisition, testing features, fixing edge cases, and keeping the experience tight.

I made it easy to find a gym, clinic, or service nearby with a clean, built-in map. Filter by location, availability, or service type, no digging, no confusion. Just tap and go.
"Adrian has been essential for the success of SanoPass. Due to his creativity and remarkable product design abilities, he helped us grow from 200k to 2M Euro."
